I've avoided a ton of grief by asking the OOD for range inspection at start and end of day.

 The OOD Duty Log has a  record of  all inspections. Thus the  club was defended and not found guilty of the following accusations:

a. Driving a 5 ton and doing figure 8's in the grass , causing ruts between 900 and 1000 yd line.

b. Destruction to target frames ...FBI were the culprits

c. Leaving pits full of MRE trash and junk KD frames.
