In January 2024 the QSC Board of Directors agreed to retain member dues costs at the same rates determined in 2021 (no increase in dues). However, due to administrative costs and facility improvement needs, the Board voted to institute fees for administrative costs ($20) and a facilities surcharge ($20) to fund repairs. The 2024 Dues, effective March 1st, 2024, are: 

1. Military members with a pending PCS will be prorated if moving within 6 months. If the move is longer than 6 months away, a full member fee is charged.

2. The administrative fee defrays the cost of processing applications. The facilities surcharge is funding much needed facility repairs and will be eliminated once repairs are completed sometime in 2025. The fees are waived for Life Members, No Fee Memberships (E1 - E4s), TBS Students and RSOs if they meet their minimum range requirements.

3. The TBS 6-month fee is for Students, not Cadre.

4. Military and DoD Civilian memberships, per USMC policies, include IRS dependents at no additional charge.

5. We reward our RSOs through no cost membership renewals when they open and operate 6 ranges (including at least one recreational fire on Range 1, Ironman, or Shotgun). As a further incentive, we waive the fees for RSOs who have completed their requirements per policy.

6. Membership prices run by calendar year. For example, if you join on August 3rd, your membership would expire the end of August (31st) the following year.

7. Medal of Honor Recipients are honored with a free lifetime membership.
