Guest Policy

Guests of Members:

Marine Corps Orders and Regulations, and the QSC Bylaws, govern visitors to the base and ranges. We welcome guests to tour the facilities and observe operations, as well as participate in range days, with the intent of hopefully becoming a member of the QSC.

  • Guests are non-members who are accompanying a Club Member to observe ranges and operations, or to participate in a range day

Per guidance from PMO, Guests will be required to accompany a Club Member (in the member's car) and provide photo identification (e.g. valid State driver’s license) to the Security Guard at either the Russell Road (MCB 1) or Onville Road (MCB 3) entrances. The Security Guard will run a computer check of the guest's identification and if there are no issues, will allow the guest (s) to proceed to the ranges. If there are issues, entrance to the base may be denied.

Alternatively, the guest could apply for a day pass at the Visitor Control Center (main base entrance) for the day they intend on visiting the range.  Once validated the Guest will be provided a pass for access to the ranges.

  • Members are allowed three guests per day
  • Guests must first complete a Liability Waiver at the Clubhouse (and each time they visit), then
  • Pay a $10 Range Fee for each visit
  • QSC operations will issue a Guest Pass to be shown to the RSO indicating the guest has signed a waiver and paid the fee
  • The person can only be a guest of any member twice during a 365-day period
    • This restriction does not apply to non-members participating in QSC Match Events
  • The guest's Range Fee will be applied to any Membership Dues if the person joins the QSC during their Range Day
