RSO/OIC will post at Position 6/7. Shooters will only occupy lanes to the left of the RSO/OIC.
QSC members bring membership card. Ensure your guests register at the clubhouse BEFORE coming to the range.
Lane disposition (Lanes 1-6):
- Left side of firing line: 0-50 yards
- Middle of firing line: 50-200 yards
- Right side of firing line: 200-460 yards
Authorized calibers:
- Pistol: All
- Shotgun: All
- Rifle: Up to .300 WinMag and .50BMG
Authorized targets:
- Paper/wood/plastic
- Steel (AR500-level or greater and 3/8” min.):
- Pistol calibers: 8+ yards
- Shotgun (buck/bird only): 11+ yards
- Shotgun (slug): 55+ yards
- Rifle calibers (up to .308): 110+ yards
- Rifle calibers (.300 WinMag): 320+ yards
- .50cal not authorized on steel targets on this range.
Tempo: Our goal is to operate 40-45 minutes in a “Hot” status followed by 15-20 minutes in a “Cold” status. Be at the range not later than 1300 to ensure you get a chance to shoot before the last hot time.
Target Stands: Shooters must bring their own targets, target stands, tools, fasteners, personal protective equipment, and other materials.
Trash/gear: You are responsible for your area. Please pick up your brass. An RSO will inspect your shooting position before clearing you for departure. Pack it in, pack it out.
Environment: Tick season is pretty much every season in VA, so take precautionary measures.
