QSC RSO Certification Course per DA Pam 385-63 and is required by direction of the MCBQ Range Control Officer. 

The course will be repeated monthly and an one-time attendance will be required.

Objective is to complete the current RSO Team by 16 October 2021.

Training will be conducted in the WTBN Classroom, Building 27218, across Garand Road from Range 2.

You should have completed the MarineNet and MCBQ OIC/RSO Certification Course prior to attendance.

Special emphasis on how to unload and show clear a variety of different and actions and magazines.

•  Roles of the OIC and RSO

•  Range Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

•  Procedures for opening, operating, and closing a range

•  Range safety briefing

•  Required Communications

•  Emergency procedures

•  How to:  Unload and Show Clear
