As you know, the computer-based MarineNet RSO Course requires a proctored exam to take and complete the final exam, which then provides the completion certificate required for the MCBQ in-person briefs given at Range Control. Clint Anderson and Tim Hichak are now certified Proctors and can administer the test at the QSC Clubhouse. This offers an option versus having to schedule and report to a Leaning Center. While they offer the Proctoring on weekends, you can ask for a weekday / weeknight exam if their schedules permits.
Also - the Range Control once monthly in-person briefs did move from Heywood Hall to the Range Control building, 24144 located on the west side in the TBS area. The briefs are about 4 hours with a final test and limited to the first 10 people (non-active duty) through the door - arrive early!
