Small Arms Tactical (SAT) Range - Short Distance Recreational Fire

- Range open from 10:15 AM to 2:00 PM…shooters can arrive at 1030

- Safety Briefing at 1045 AM with a Hot Time of 11am.

- We will rec fire in Bay 1 with Bay 2 in reserve in case of overflow. Bays 3 and Bays 4 will only be used upon approval of the onsite RSOs.

- We will try to call a cease fire every 30-45 minutes…or as needed if there are only a few shooters. The ironman range should not be open today, however please listen to the RSO instructions for the ceasefire as SAT range may be impacted by the Ironman Range at any time.

- Do not uncase and case weapons unless on the firing line and we are in a hot status

- Bring your own targets and target stands.  We do not provide them. NOTE: Do not bring steel targets if your intent is to shoot rifle rounds at the target. SAT range does not have the distance required for minimal safety distance of 100 yards required for popular rifle calibers.

- We will stop shooting at 1:45 to close the range by 2:00 PM.

- Weather is looking to be partly cloudy with a high of 87°. Be sure to wear sunscreen as needed and bring plenty of water.
