Target Stands

Hi new guy here:

I read the section about target stands and understand it. Is it ok to use an aluminum walker on the ranges? They are perfect height and being soft metal rounds don't tend to ricochet. With a sand bag on either side. Thanks

My initial comment would be

My initial comment would be no based on the rear cross supports of the walker, which will most certainly be struck by rounds. Please provide additional details if needed, but you can use a simple $10 For Sale sign from Home Depot (or the ubiquitous political signs of similar design) with less probability of issues. Remember that we have anywhere from 20 to 60 shooters on the line at any given time.

ETA - I added the For Rent and For Sale-like signs you can purchase at Lowes or Home Depot to the Target Page based off your question - Thanks!
