This  needs  to be said, been watching it for 14 years and its not self correcting.

Do you come  to  the range,  never come early enough  to help RSO's set the range up.

Do  you finish shooting and  don't offer  to help RSO's shut down  the  range  at end of day.

Do you  want  to  shoot, complain no  one is opening  a range when  you want  it but Heaven Forbid, won't become a RSO and help keep ranges open for  the club.  That guy is 99% of  the clubs membership  rolls : Get  some self respect and become a   RSO.  

Are you one of the legions who "Shoot & Scoot", its  all about you,  never  lending  a hand on the range if requires  work or heaven  forbid, might  cost you a few minutes of time to help the  RSO's  and  Club?  Oh   we  know  how  precious your time is...come in late, run off as soon   as you finish,  your time matters  and  no  one  else's time  does.  Its all about you.  Let the  club   and  volunteer RSO's carry the load.

Worse,  some  go   stone brain dead during  safety briefing , day dream and then   are That Guy the RSO's  have to "mentor"  about safety issues on firing line.   Needlessly  introduce a safety issue because you did  not listen to  the safety brief. 

    If the shoe  fits,  That  guy is you , and  do something  about  it.   Don't be That Guy.  Don't  be  so Wonderful.
