Effective weekend of 25 September 2021,  any rifle on Range 4 that is uncased and on firing line must have a Empty Chamber Indicator (ECI) inserted in its chamber when rifle is not being fired.   ECI are available at the Club House for 1 Dollar or you can fabricate one with a Zip Tie or other material.  

ECI is a Safety Item now mandatory at firing ranges across the country.  Any and all weapons on Range 4 will have a ECI in the chamber  at all times when a weapon is uncased and not being fired.   Note: if your fire arm is unloaded and cased , an ECI is not required. Take it out of a case and ECI is required. 

A safer range is a better range.  Please take note and obtain / fabricate ECI for weapons you bring to Range 4.
