VFEMI Training - Range 2

May 12::: Arrive in the WTBn parking lot NLT 0700, form relays.  We will begin with all shooters in the picnic shelter on range 2 and discuss data book management, wind indicators and how to use them.  Then relay 1 goes to the firing line and relay 2 goes to the pits.  We will shoot several 5 shots blind and then shoot 20 shots for record.  The plan for Sunday is to be completed by 1100.  Sunday is Mother's Day.

MAY 11:::   Arrive in the WTBn parking NLT 0700,  form relays.  Relay 1 goes tot he firing line and relay 2 goes to the pits.  The course of fire planed is::  200 yd line standing - holding exercises, shoot several exercises of 5 shots blind and then shot 10 shots for record; 200 yd line rapid::  shoot several 2/3 shot drills and then shoot 2/8 for record;  300 yd line -- Shoot several exercises of 2/3 drills and then shoot 2/8 for record.  After we complete these we may move to the 600 yd line depending on the amount of time left.

22 Match + Rec Fire - Range 305

Shooters,  The club had set aside this day for a 22LR PRS Match but with gorgeous weather we also want to offer members a chance for Rec Fire so we're going to make it work!

Match Details:

  • $5 flat fee per entry, you can shoot it as many times as you like for one five dollar fee.

  • Stage 1: Barricade with single target @ 100 yards. 5 shooting positions to include prone and kneeling. Engage target for time. Best time at end of day wins.

GSM Match

Registration: Preregistration is required, on the QSC web site.  Check-in 0700-0800 at the Club House. Firing will begin on Range 3 at approximately 0830.

Vetting forms must be turned in a 2 week prior to the match if you are not a club member.
